I feel so grateful that I can carry our little girl with me wherever I go. Pregnancy is truly amazing, I keep thinking how I’m carrying a little life inside me. I have been very lucky to have had an enjoyable first trimester, no nausea, morning sickness, food aversions or fatigue. I absolutely feel great!
Pre-IVF and pregnancy, I was an avid distance runner. I’ve ran 10 marathons, 16 half marathons and averaging around 40 miles per week. Once we established baby girl’s heartbeat was strong, my OB cleared me for exercise, as long as my heart rate remains under 140 beats per minute. I’v been loving being out running with my dogs and can only imagine what life will be like with 2 dogs, a jogging stroller and a little one. I am truly enjoying every single minute and so thankful of the process that go us to this point.
My husband and I are so excited for our little girl, we’ll be calling her Simone Victoria. It’s such an exciting time, we can wait for December to get here so that we can meet our daughter.
